About the role

The Professional Educator – Hair will drive brand growth and sales performance through education, training, and in‑salon support in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role uses education as a commercial tool to increase product consumption, convert new clients, and support brand launches and promotions.

Key responsibilities

Contribute directly to achieving assigned brand sales targets by using education to drive repeat orders and product usage.
Support Sales Representatives in converting opportunities into orders and increasing brand penetration.
Develop and deliver structured in‑salon trainings, demos, workshops, academy classes, brand seminars, and group education sessions.
Ensure education content is relevant, aligned with brand strategy, and delivered with high quality while meeting productivity targets.
Support new salon conversions through technical onboarding and education.
Assist sell‑out initiatives within salons to increase reorders and support upselling.
