Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Operations team within the Project Management function. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role supports planning, execution and delivery of customer and capital operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from purchase order receipt to close‑out, handling scheduling, execution, monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct project kick‑off meetings and align internal departments.
• Monitor project schedules and deliverables to meet contractual commitments.
• Review technical documents, drawings and specifications for compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate procurement activities, material status and delivery schedules.
• Manage scope changes and prepare variation orders and contractual change requests.
• Resolve technical and project issues through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Facilitate project status review meetings and maintain progress records.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and track project financials.
• Address customer feedback promptly and document lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail.
