Project Management Engineer - Oil & Gas (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Project Management Engineer for the Oil & Gas industry to work in Saudi Arabia. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, keeping projects aligned with company objectives, budgets and timelines. The work is onsite in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and resource plans
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams so that project deliverables are met
• Monitor project progress and performance, giving regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and put in place proactive mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and quality controls
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers
• Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and actions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in project management within the Oil & Gas sector
• Proven experience managing large and complex projects
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred
