Project Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of large‑scale civil infrastructure works at the Qiddiya Project. Reporting to the Project Director, you will ensure the project meets contractual, schedule, budget, quality and HSE requirements while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive all project phases from mobilization through hand‑over, maintaining alignment with approved schedules and budgets.
• Develop, monitor and control project schedules, resources, milestones and cost performance.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment and site resources to optimise productivity.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, planning, procurement, commercial, QA/QC and HSE functions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; handle claims, variations and contractual issues.
• Maintain effective communication with client, consultant, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of construction experience, including at least 8 years as a Project Manager on large infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and major subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, international standards and risk management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP are preferred.
