Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The role involves supervising all phases of construction projects, from planning through execution, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison between the owner, consulting offices, and subcontractors, safeguarding the owner's interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project phases on‑site and administratively, from initiation to handover, ensuring compliance with schedules and technical specifications.
• Develop detailed timelines, determine resource needs, and monitor costs to keep the project aligned with the approved budget.
• Coordinate engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure integrated and efficient workflow.
• Track progress, evaluate team performance, and report status, costs, challenges, and achievements to management.
• Identify risks, devise contingency plans, and resolve technical, financial, and logistical issues.
• Ensure work complies with technical standards and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain continuous communication with the client and manage supplier relationships for timely material delivery.
• Oversee contract signings, approve payment terms, and review change orders and unforeseen requirements.
• Monitor quality assurance to guarantee that deliverables meet required standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of hands‑on experience managing construction or contracting projects.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• PMP certification is preferred.
