Project Manager – Cross‑Country Pipeline Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑country pipeline projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing all phases from concept through to hand‑over, ensuring technical excellence, schedule adherence and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall project execution from conceptual and detailed design through procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Manage multidisciplinary subcontractors and internal teams across civil, structural steel, piping, plant process equipment, E&I and communication works.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards and client specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor resources and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare progress reports, highlight risks and communicate status to senior client management.
• Oversee contract administration and enforce terms and conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 13 years of experience in engineering, procurement and construction of hydrocarbon pipelines.
• Mechanical engineering degree (or equivalent) with a strong technical background.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale pipeline projects from design to hand‑over.
• Familiarity with international pipeline codes and standards.
