Project Manager – Customer Experience & Compliance

About the role

Applus+ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer experience, compliance, inspection and field operation projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budget are met.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, produce regular status reports and executive dashboards.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies and resolve issues proactively.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering effective communication and performance.
• Oversee field operations, inspections, assessments and customer experience programs.
• Ensure compliance with methodologies, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and recommend enhancements to project execution processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Public Administration or related field.
• Proven experience managing government, consulting, inspection, compliance or field operation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
