Project Manager – EPCM Phosphate Mining Projects

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EPCM execution of phosphate mining and processing projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards while coordinating diverse stakeholder groups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage EPCM execution for phosphate mining and downstream processing facilities.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning activities.
• Control project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular progress, cost, and risk reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on EPCM projects.
• Strong background in phosphate mining, beneficiation, or downstream processing.
• Solid knowledge of project controls, contracts, and PM methodologies.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and EPCM contractors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
