Project Manager – High-Rise Buildings

About the role

A leading construction organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major high‑rise building developments in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam. The role covers the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, safety and stakeholder expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high‑rise tower projects valued over SAR 500 million.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks and commercial performance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers and all project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance against milestones and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain client relationships and drive continuous improvement throughout the project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including at least 8 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record delivering high‑rise building projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder‑management capability.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary construction, engineering and subcontractor teams.
