Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver assigned projects from initiation to closure. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project activities while ensuring compliance with our PMO methodologies and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress against approved baselines.
• Lead execution activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met within scope, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements, stage‑gate approvals, and reporting processes.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimise resource utilisation.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Prepare and present status, financial, and performance reports to management and governance committees.
• Drive change‑management activities to support business readiness and adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.
• PMP certification (mandatory).
• 4‑7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
