Public Relations Specialist – Tamheer

About the role

The Public Relations Specialist – Tamheer will join WAJJAD’s communications team in Riyadh, driving the company’s external narrative and media presence. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on crafting press materials, managing PR campaigns, and safeguarding a positive public image for the organization’s technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit and distribute press releases and media statements that reflect WAJJAD’s strategic objectives.
• Plan, execute and monitor public‑relations campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors and other media outlets.
• Develop and implement strategic communications plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage corporate messaging, including internal briefs and external talking points.
• Coordinate press events, media briefings and interview logistics.
• Act as a spokesperson to ensure consistent and favourable public perception of the brand.

Required profile

• Proven ability to draft press releases and manage PR initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Experience working directly with media professionals and journalists.
• Background in strategic communications planning.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude in a fast‑moving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with the regional technology or governance sectors is advantageous.
