QA/QC Specialist – Saudi National (NEOM The Line)

About the role

Parsons is looking for an experienced QA/QC Specialist who is a Saudi national to join the NEOM The Line project. You will be responsible for enforcing quality standards on‑site, ensuring that all contractor activities, materials and workmanship meet project specifications and international quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, detailed inspections across civil, structural and architectural disciplines.
• Verify compliance with approved design drawings, specifications and the project Quality Management System.
• Prepare and maintain records of quality checks, inspection requests and test reports.
• Identify, document and track non‑conformances, coordinating corrective and preventative actions with contractors.
• Validate the quality and certification of incoming materials and permanent works.
• Witness critical tests, surveys and hold points as defined in Inspection & Test Plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of dedicated QA/QC experience on major infrastructure or large‑scale construction projects.
• Certified Inspector status (e.g., welding, NDT, concrete) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of international construction standards and quality auditing practices.
