QA/QC Supervisor - Project

About the role

The QA/QC Supervisor oversees day-to-day quality control activities across all site disciplines, supervises QC Inspectors, coordinates the execution of inspection and test plans and ensures consistent application of quality standards and procedures. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of QC Inspectors across all disciplines
• Ensure inspections, tests and hold points follow approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
• Review daily QC inspection reports and ensure timely, accurate documentation
• Coordinate hold point notifications and inspection scheduling with client and third-party inspectors
• Support the QC Manager with the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process and corrective actions
• Conduct quality walkdowns and spot-check inspections across active work fronts
• Verify calibration and control of inspection and test equipment
• Coordinate training and technical guidance for QC Inspectors
• Liaise with construction supervision on quality-related work front issues
• Support preparation of quality documentation for handover dossiers and report quality performance and issues to the QC Manager
• Support internal quality audits and readiness for client and third-party audits

Required profile

• 8-10 years of experience in quality control on EPC/industrial construction projects, including supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or a related field
• QC/inspection certification preferred
