Quality Assurance & Control Engineer – Fragrance & Cosmetics

About the role

Reef Holding is looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance & Control Engineer to uphold the highest quality standards across its fragrance and cosmetics product lines. You will ensure product safety, performance, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA and QC processes for fragrance and cosmetic categories.
• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with local, GCC, and international cosmetic regulations and standards.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to guarantee consistency with specifications.
• Manage product stability, performance testing, and quality documentation.
• Investigate product issues, non‑conformities, and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product development, supply chain, and manufacturing partners to maintain product excellence.
• Support supplier quality evaluations, factory inspections, and audits as needed.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation for regulatory and internal requirements.
• Travel regularly between factories, warehouses, and retail branches within and outside Riyadh.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in perfumes, cosmetics or personal‑care manufacturing.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently based on business needs.

• ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365.
