Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) – MH-60 Helicopter

About the role

The Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) will support field and sustainment level maintenance for the MH‑60 helicopter fleet in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Working closely with the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI) team, the QAR ensures compliance with aviation quality standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality control and ground safety programs in line with contract specifications.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and special work‑center reviews of maintenance actions, procedures, equipment and facilities.
• Inspect parts and components for conformance, assign disposition tags, and manage return‑to‑stock or repair processes.
• Brief and debrief pilots and crew on functional check flights after IMP/PMI processes.
• Maintain and update maintenance databases, technical data libraries, and documentation of safety‑of‑flight discrepancies.
• Initiate and review quality deficiency, technical deficiency, and hazardous material reports.
• Support AS9110 quality and safety management plans, including job‑time reporting and configuration control.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Representative in aviation maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of the Navy Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) and the 4790.2 system.
• Ability to train and mentor RSNF QA work‑center personnel on procedures and audits.
• Familiarity with technical directive compliance and aircraft weight‑and‑balance verification.
