Quality Control Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to ensure that our products and processes consistently meet established quality standards. In this role you will monitor performance, conduct inspections, document results, and support continuous improvement initiatives within a food production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and tests on incoming materials, in‑process products, and finished goods.
• Record and document inspection results accurately, maintaining detailed records.
• Identify defects and deviations from quality standards and report them to the Senior Quality Control Specialist.
• Reject products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues and provide feedback for improvements.
• Conduct quality audits and resolve any issues arising from them.
• Train and mentor QC inspectors as needed.
• Delegate duties to qualified team members when required, under manager direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Quality Control.
• Good command of the English language.
