Quality Improvement

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Improvement professional to strengthen JD Logistics’ operational excellence across its ground‑operations network. The role will design and enforce quality and compliance frameworks, reduce loss and damage, and ensure high satisfaction for key accounts while aligning regional practices with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain quality & compliance systems, including KPIs, incentive and penalty guidelines, and SOP audit processes.
• Develop and execute risk‑mitigation programmes to lower loss, damage and customer complaints, meeting regional targets.
• Coach local ground‑operations teams, providing operational guidelines to enhance technical and managerial capabilities.
• Design workflows that maximise delivery success rates and satisfaction for major local market key accounts.
• Serve as a liaison to align regional operational frameworks with JD Logistics’ global standards and cross‑cultural requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in ground operations, logistics quality control or process optimisation (e‑commerce, express courier or 3PL preferred).
• Strong logical, structured thinking with high attention to detail and ability to quantify data.
• Proven cultural astuteness and ability to manage, motivate and develop local operational talent in a cross‑cultural environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) required.
