Quality Manager

About the role

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control across its construction and engineering projects. You will shape and maintain the company’s quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and client requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive quality management system aligned with ISO standards and project specifications.
• Plan and conduct quality audits, inspections, and assessments across all active projects.
• Lead and supervise QA/QC teams to ensure effective execution of quality control activities.
• Identify quality risks, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Oversee training and development of quality personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management within construction or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and quality management systems.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Preferred certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ).
