Safety Engineer for Specialized Panels Manufacturing

About the role

A leading specialized panels manufacturing company is looking for a Safety Engineer to support its operations in Sudair, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on maintaining a safe industrial environment, ensuring compliance with local HSE regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments across production facilities.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi HSE regulations and ISO 45001 standards.
• Manage permit‑to‑work (PTW) processes, PPE usage, fire prevention, and housekeeping practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of industrial safety experience.
• Good written and spoken English.
• NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification preferred.

Required skills

• Hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Emergency response planning.
• Knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and HSE documentation.
• Experience with PTW, PPE, fire prevention, machinery safety and housekeeping.
