Quality Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Supervisor will ensure that Nestlé’s products and processes meet the highest quality standards. Working on‑site in Riyadh, you will support continuous improvement, quality planning and training to help the plant achieve its goals.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply quality policies, guaranteeing compliance with Nestlé’s standards and procedures.
• Respond to customer quality issues, identify root causes and drive corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Participate in internal and external audits, implement corrective actions and maintain certification status.
• Define raw‑material quality requirements for suppliers and conduct sample analysis to verify compliance.
• Ensure production processes meet both Nestlé and national quality standards.
• Design, develop and deliver quality‑control training programmes for the QC team.
• Maintain quality and calibration records in line with the quality manual and customer specifications.
• Follow Nestlé SHE rules to ensure a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of quality‑management standards.
