Real Estate Development VP

About the role

The Real Estate Development VP will lead strategic growth and expansion for the Real Estate Investments division. This executive position drives investment sourcing, partnership building, and portfolio expansion across commercial real‑estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business‑development and growth strategies, identifying new investment opportunities and strategic alliances.
• Lead deal origination, acquisition pipelines, market assessments, feasibility studies, and negotiate acquisitions, joint ventures, and development agreements.
• Provide leadership to business‑development and investment teams, represent the company at industry events, and maintain relationships with investors, developers, brokers, and government entities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform long‑term strategic planning and portfolio positioning.
• Collaborate with finance on financial modeling, investment structuring, ROI analysis, and support capital‑raising initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in real‑estate investments, business development, or investment management.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing large‑scale real‑estate transactions.
• Extensive network within the real‑estate investment and development market.
