About the role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The role requires maintaining a positive and professional image of the company while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate information and handle visitor inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and common areas.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Keep records of visitors, calls, and office activities.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers, and computers.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned, including filing and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reception or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
