Recruiting Manager – Middle East (Riyadh)

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead experienced‑hire and partner recruitment across the Middle East, based in Riyadh. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, work closely with senior leaders and partners, and help shape the regional talent acquisition strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Recruiting to execute experienced‑hire strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead partner recruitment, including market mapping, executive search, candidate assessment, and offer management.
• Advise senior leaders on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
• Use data and market insights to monitor performance and improve hiring outcomes.
• Manage multiple searches focusing on experienced, leadership, and partner‑level hires.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and ensure an inclusive, efficient hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, executive search firms, agencies, and RPO providers.

Required profile

• Proven track record in recruiting senior‑level and partner talent, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
• Ability to translate data and market insights into actionable hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
