About the role
The Recruitment Specialist will design and implement effective recruitment policies and procedures to attract qualified candidates for vacant positions. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate selection, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and update recruitment policies, plans, and tools for vacant positions.
- Identify and maintain effective recruitment channels and manage the recruitment database.
- Create and standardize job advertisement templates.
- Analyze candidate information, verify document completeness, and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Coordinate receipt, evaluation, and interviewing of applications, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Prepare, present, and maintain specialized recruitment reports and documentation in accordance with approved procedures.
Required profile
- Strong analytical abilities to assess candidate data and recruitment metrics.
- Attention to detail for verifying documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and communicate recruitment findings effectively.
