Regional Talent Acquisition Lead (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

Trendyol HR is looking for a proactive Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment and HR business partnering across the Gulf region and other international markets, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality talent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for Gulf and designated international markets, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers worldwide to understand team needs and advise on talent selection.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, global job boards and professional networks.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR business partnering support to international employees, addressing HR inquiries and regional nuances.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives for cross‑border teams.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new hires across markets, aligning with global culture and local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law (Nitaqat) and relevant regulations in other jurisdictions.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and generate regular hiring and HR performance reports.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering, preferably with a regional or global scope.
• Background in fast‑paced technology or e‑commerce environments is a strong advantage.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi labor law and ability to adapt quickly to other international employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across time zones and cultures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple international recruitment projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
