Registered Nurse – Multispecialty Outpatient Care

About the role

Join My Clinic, the leading multispecialty outpatient care provider in Saudi Arabia. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and implement nursing interventions in line with established protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients' physical, emotional and psychosocial needs.
• Develop individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families and the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and case managers to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Administer medications, intravenous therapy and treatments, monitoring patient responses and managing adverse reactions.
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy care and specimen collection while adhering to aseptic techniques.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medication use and self‑care strategies.
• Document vital signs, interventions and patient responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in education activities, quality‑improvement projects and committee work.
• Maintain a safe environment by following infection‑control protocols and equipment safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
