Reporting Lead - Capital Renewal Program (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Reporting Lead for the Capital Renewal Program in Saudi Arabia, based on site in Jeddah. The role manages and drives reporting, analytics and executive visibility for the program at KAUST, acting as a link between project teams and executive management. It ensures accurate, timely and actionable insights support leadership decisions on strategy, governance and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of regular and ad-hoc reports for the program
• Work with project managers, finance and other stakeholders to define reporting requirements and KPIs
• Build and maintain standardized reporting frameworks covering scope, cost, schedule, risks and KPIs
• Consolidate project data into weekly, monthly and quarterly executive reports
• Set up reporting protocols, including timelines, validation workflows and approval processes
• Track interdependencies across projects and flag cross-project risks, delays and resource conflicts with impact assessments and mitigation strategies
• Design and maintain executive dashboards showing progress, budget use, schedule performance and key risks
• Review master schedules, monitor the critical path and propose recovery plans for slippages
• Improve reporting tools, templates and processes and promote best practices in planning and scheduling

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field
• PMP certification preferred; data visualization tool certification (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• At least 7 years of experience in project reporting, program management or capital project oversight
• Experience managing reporting frameworks and executive dashboards
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance and reporting processes
• Experience in schedule management and critical path analysis
