Reservations Agent – Hospitality

About the role

As a Reservations Agent you are the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming impression that sets the tone for an exceptional stay. You will manage booking requests, provide accurate information, and ensure each reservation aligns with the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, engaging service to every guest interaction.
• Maximize revenue through effective up‑selling and optimal room selection.
• Promote property facilities and handle special requests with attention to detail.
• Process room reservations, maintain rooming lists, and keep the reservation system up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Guest‑focused personality.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Familiarity with Opera or a comparable reservation system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Opera reservation system (or similar).
