Restaurant Manager

About the role

FAENA Movement is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead floor service at its upcoming Faena Red Sea property in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that every guest interaction reflects the brand’s unique cultural and hospitality ethos while maintaining high‑volume, upscale dining standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage floor service during assigned shifts, guaranteeing guest touchpoints exceed expectations.
• Monitor table status, pacing, and service timing in coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
• Enforce grooming and uniform standards for front‑of‑house staff.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings to communicate updates, specials, and service priorities.
• Greet guests warmly, engage throughout service, and anticipate needs.
• Handle guest complaints with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
• Optimize reservation flow and seating efficiency with hosts.
• Supervise servers, assistant servers, and hosts, providing on‑the‑floor coaching.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with leadership on development initiatives.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, side work, and daily log reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a luxury hotel or high‑volume upscale dining environment.
• Forbes 5‑star hotel experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of restaurant floor operations and service standards.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Exceptional guest interaction and service‑recovery skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using reservation management systems.
