Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. This full‑time, on‑site role in Dammam includes managing staff schedules, supervising front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, and maintaining quality standards for food and beverage.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient service flow.
• Manage staff schedules, shift rotations and attendance.
• Supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards and hygiene practices.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere and uphold brand standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding and continuous training of team members.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships and cost‑control initiatives.
• Enforce health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with ownership to achieve revenue targets and operational budgets.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to handle guest feedback.
• Proven experience in hiring, supervising and developing staff.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with guests, suppliers and leadership.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu understanding and service flow.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in hospitality.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dammam, manage shifts and adapt to peak hours, evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
