Risk Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Risk Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves identifying, assessing and managing operational, financial and strategic risks across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure risk awareness and effective mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and classify operational, financial, and strategic risks.
• Develop and periodically update the risk management framework and risk register.
• Prepare risk analysis reports and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Develop mitigation plans and monitor the implementation of risk control measures.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate risk exposure under different conditions.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure risk awareness and timely risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments.
