Rotating Equipment Service Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

The Gas Field Service Division seeks a Rotating Equipment Service Manager to lead execution of LSTK projects for rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes and more in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering engineering solutions for equipment reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate execution of rotating equipment LSTK projects, including major installations and turnarounds.
• Manage outside contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with safety rules and company processes.
• Analyse equipment failures, recommend corrective actions, and complete MOC assignments.
• Develop overhaul scopes, procedures and preventive maintenance programs for plant equipment.
• Provide engineering support, technical reports and training to maintenance and operations personnel.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15‑20 years of field experience as a Service Manager in oil refineries, petrochemicals or power generation.
• 5‑7 years of execution experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably with SABIC and ARAMCO projects.
