About the role
The Sales Account Manager will own the full sales cycle for connectivity and digital solutions, driving revenue growth while ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will manage key accounts, identify new opportunities, and align solutions with ADC’s commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing revenue.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted prospecting.
- Develop account plans and strategies aligned with customer objectives and ADC’s offerings.
- Collaborate with presales engineers to present technically and commercially compelling solutions.
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including qualification, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Act as primary point of contact for client communication, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with delivery, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in telecom, ICT, or digital services.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
