About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to represent our brand, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment. The role involves maintaining store standards, supporting visual merchandising, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, promote the loyalty program, and educate them on product features, benefits, and care.
• Maintain a professional appearance, stay flexible for peak periods, and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date to minimize stock loss.
• Ensure attractive product displays, follow visual merchandising guidelines, manage stock and clearance items, and record inventory movements accurately.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash, card, voucher, and automatic debit transactions, balance tills, issue receipts and refunds, and follow loss‑prevention policies.
• Replenish and re‑merchandise floor stock to guarantee product availability at all times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales or retail experience preferred.
• Professional grooming and flexible availability for extended hours.
• Ability to stay informed about the product range and promotions.
