Sales & Distribution Manager – Food & Beverages (F&B)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Distribution Manager to lead our Food & Beverages business across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market share and managing key retail and distribution relationships in the bakery and confectionery segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts across modern, general and other trade channels.
• Negotiate terms, conditions and promotional activities with retail partners to maximise ROI.
• Oversee P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio.
• Monitor retailer performance, analyse sales data and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct market research on consumer trends, competitor activity and pricing structures.
• Prepare and present detailed sales and market analysis reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 7‑8 years of proven experience in the Food & Beverages sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Extensive network within the Saudi bakery, confectionery and broader trade markets.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior management and buying authorities of major trade accounts.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in presenting data, strategies and performance reports.
