Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the full range of the company's products to assigned customers, ensuring proper merchandising, and providing market feedback. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling orders, and supporting the sales team with documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the company's product portfolio to assigned customers and report competitor activity.
• Implement planograms and ensure product placement complies with standards.
• Process special order requests and collect invoices according to company policy.
• Prepare documentation for call cycles and business reviews before market visits.
• Identify and report new customer opportunities to the team leader.
• Handle customer complaints and forward them to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products and obtain approval before processing returns.
• Report unresolved problems or objections to the team leader.
• Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain customer signatures.
• Perform inventory checks during visits, covering warehouses and shelves.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer‑facing role.
