Sales Manager – Heat Exchanger Business (Middle East)

About the role
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Heat Exchanger (HEX) business across the Middle East. The role focuses on capturing aftermarket opportunities and growing original equipment sales to strengthen the installed base.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for the Middle East region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for both new equipment (OE) and aftermarket (AM) markets.
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, HVAC and EPC.
- Manage and grow the installed base through proactive aftermarket activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators and channel partners.
- Onboard and support new channel partners, enhancing their technical and commercial capabilities.
- Conduct joint customer visits and provide consultative product selection support.
- Lead negotiations in line with company pricing and margin policies.
- Monitor sales pipelines, ensure accurate CRM reporting and maintain financial reliability of customers.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, including exhibitions, seminars and campaigns.
Required profile
- Strong commercial and technical understanding of both new equipment and aftermarket sales.
- Experience in the Middle East region and familiarity with regional business culture.
- Background in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, HVAC, EPC or OEM markets.
- Proven ability to develop and manage channel partners effectively.
- Results‑driven mindset with strong closing skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Plate Heat Exchangers (APV series preferred).
