Sales Manager – Odoo ERP & CRM Solutions (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sale of Odoo‑based ERP and CRM solutions across the Saudi market. Based in Riyadh, you will drive business development, build enterprise relationships and deliver revenue growth for our client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ERP/CRM revenue targets.
• Identify, engage and convert enterprise and SME decision‑makers within Saudi Arabia.
• Present, demonstrate and pitch Odoo and complementary ERP/CRM platforms.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and forecasting.
• Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging client needs.
• Lead contract negotiations and finalize commercial agreements.
• Represent the company at high‑level client meetings, trade shows and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in enterprise software sales.
• Deep knowledge of ERP/CRM solutions, with hands‑on experience in Odoo (preferred) and familiarity with MS Dynamics, SAP or Oracle NetSuite.
• Established network and footprint in the Saudi B2B/enterprise landscape.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
