Sales Representative / Account Manager (B2B)

About the role

Eda2at, a fast‑growing B2B marketplace for the construction, contracting and industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia, is building a sales team to support its digital platform expansion. The Sales Representative / Account Manager will own the full sales cycle for small and mid‑sized accounts, driving revenue and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales pipeline from qualification to close, meeting monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Conduct needs analysis, deliver tailored demos, and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals within approved pricing guardrails.
• Grow existing accounts through retention, repeat business, and upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Odoo CRM and provide weekly forecasts.
• Collaborate with SDRs for lead handoff and senior sellers on larger opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, contracting or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in professional English.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration is preferred.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
