Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join Ninja’s fast‑growing food‑delivery platform. In this position you will acquire new restaurant partners and support existing ones to maximise their performance on our marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential restaurant partners.
• Present and promote Ninja’s platform and services.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements.
• Support existing partners to increase their sales and platform usage.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with restaurant owners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report results.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback to improve the offering.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work both in the field and in the office.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
