Salesperson – Alahsa

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Salesperson to join our Alahsa store. You will interact directly with shoppers, promote our product range, maintain visual standards and help the branch meet its sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Proactively promote products and current promotions, aiming to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product features, benefits and promotions to advise customers confidently.
• Operate the cash register and payment systems accurately, handling transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to achieve daily operational goals.
• Follow cash‑handling, security and compliance procedures to protect assets.

Required profile

• 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong customer service skills are welcome.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
