Salesperson - Alahsa

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Salesperson to represent our products and services in Alahsa. You will engage directly with shoppers, understand their needs, and provide accurate recommendations while striving to meet sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs and deliver a professional, positive shopping experience.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, promotions and usage clearly.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue and conversion targets.
• Ask probing questions to recommend the best products and services within the customer’s budget.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities while maintaining trust.
• Process orders and transactions accurately according to company procedures.
• Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders and post‑sale support.
• Maintain attractive product displays, accurate pricing, and organized sales areas.
• Monitor inventory, report discrepancies and coordinate replenishment.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
• Record interactions, sales activities and market feedback in approved systems.
• Support promotional activities, product launches and campaigns.
• Adhere to company policies, cash‑handling rules, health & safety guidelines and local regulations.
