Salesperson – Jeddah

About the role

Niceone is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Salesperson to join its Jeddah team. The role involves generating new business, nurturing existing customer relationships, and contributing to regional revenue targets across retail and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts; present products, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Plan and execute daily routes within Jeddah to maximise market coverage and product availability.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and replenishment according to brand standards.
• Record sales activities, prepare regular reports, and update CRM or sales systems.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback; share insights with the sales manager.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and marketing to guarantee order accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally and promptly.

Required profile

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred, especially in FMCG, retail, or distribution; fresh graduates with strong commercial aptitude may be considered.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s license preferred and legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Strong command of MS Office.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for sales activities.
