Salesperson – Jeddah (Retail & Wholesale)

About the role

Niceone is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Salesperson to join its Jeddah team. You will develop new business, manage existing accounts across retail and wholesale channels, and represent the brand professionally throughout the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers and key accounts in Jeddah.
• Present products, negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed regional targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Plan daily routes, visit customers and execute merchandising plans to maximize market coverage.
• Ensure products are displayed, priced and replenished according to brand standards.
• Record sales activities, customer interactions and inventory status; prepare regular reports and update CRM.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback, and share insights with the sales manager.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and marketing to guarantee order accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred, ideally in FMCG, retail or distribution; recent graduates with strong commercial aptitude are also considered.
• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong planning, time‑management and route‑planning skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia and a valid driver’s license (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable using smartphones for reporting and communication.
