SAP Basis Lead – S/4HANA Greenfield Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Lead to drive the technical delivery of a large‑scale Greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation in Riyadh. You will oversee the installation, upgrade, administration and governance of a complex SAP landscape across multiple products and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
• Install, configure and upgrade SAP S/4HANA and related SAP solutions.
• Prepare project plans, technical roadmaps and implementation timelines.
• Perform hardware sizing, capacity planning and infrastructure estimation.
• Execute system installations on HANA and non‑HANA databases.
• Manage backup, restore, disaster recovery and high‑availability solutions.
• Deliver system copies, database refreshes and upgrades.
• Configure SAP Web Dispatcher, load balancing and integrate with SAP BTP, SuccessFactors and Analytics Cloud.
• Conduct proactive monitoring, health checks and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of SAP Basis administration experience.
• Proven leadership of SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, operating systems, databases, networking and infrastructure.
• Experience with hardware sizing, capacity planning and project estimation.
• Expertise in High Availability, Disaster Recovery and SAP system administration best practices.
