SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our team in Riyadh on a permanent, onsite basis. The role focuses on leading HR transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, and guiding end‑to‑end migration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SAP HCM to S/4HANA compatibility strategy, overseeing full‑cycle transformation.
• Manage integration between S/4HANA and SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Payroll, and Recruiting.
• Provide expert guidance on Payroll, Time Management, and HR Master Data migration planning.
• Analyze impacts on existing HR interfaces and third‑party systems, ensuring continuity.
• Support change management, process redesign, and functional optimization across business units.

Required profile

• 10+ years of proven experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in HCM (PA/OM, Time, Payroll) and SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting).
• Experience with S/4HANA compatibility, HR integrations, and migration projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
