SAP Platform Operation & Security Lead (BASIS / GRC)

About the role

The SAP Platform Operation & Security Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end management of SAP platform stability, security governance and compliance across the landscape. You will work closely with HEC, functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure highly available, secure SAP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee SAP BASIS operations, including system monitoring, performance tuning, patching, transports, refreshes and upgrades.
• Manage user access governance and SAP GRC Access Control, designing roles and authorizations while mitigating segregation‑of‑duties risks.
• Support audit and compliance activities, providing evidence and remediation for security findings.
• Coordinate with SAP HEC (Private Cloud) and ensure SLA adherence for all platform services.
• Integrate and secure related SAP solutions such as SuccessFactors, CPI, BTP and Fiori.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of experience in SAP BASIS and SAP Security.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud hosted on HEC or similar platforms.
• Proven experience with SAP GRC Access Control and audit compliance support.
• Strong English communication skills; Saudi nationality preferred.
• Pharmaceutical or manufacturing background is a plus, not mandatory.
