SAP PM Functional Consultant

About the role

An SAP PM Functional Consultant position based in Saudi Arabia, working in person. The consultant leads SAP PM configuration and implementation, works with business stakeholders to turn their needs into technical solutions, and supports testing, training, cutover and production support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP PM module configuration and implementation activities
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and draft functional specifications, business blueprints and high-level design documents
• Perform GAP analysis and propose solutions to close gaps
• Support testing phases including UAT, integration and regression testing
• Prepare training materials and user guides, and lead cutover planning and execution
• Build end-to-end custom solutions in SAP FIORI and integrate with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, HR, PS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enhancements and process improvements, and provide ongoing production support

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
• 5-6+ years of SAP PM consulting experience, including 2-3 full lifecycle implementations
• Experience in the utilities industry preferred; Arabic fluency preferred
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
