About the role
The Saudization Manager will lead the company’s Saudization initiatives, acting as the bridge between HR and operational departments to ensure compliance with national employment quotas and the development of effective training programs for Saudi nationals.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and recommend the Saudization budget, conduct analysis and monitor financial performance against targets.
- Manage daily operations of the Saudization function, ensuring processes align with policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement a Saudization strategy to meet government‑mandated employment percentages.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle for Saudi candidates, including sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting and final selection.
- Liaise with HRDF, vocational institutes and universities to build a pipeline of qualified Saudi talent.
- Conduct recruitment campaigns, job fairs and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Address regional Saudization issues and coordinate with regional management for timely resolution.
- Lead, coach and evaluate sub‑team members, driving continuous improvement and compliance with safety and legislative requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably within Saudization or nationalization programs.
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting, financial monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment initiatives and maintain relationships with training institutions.
- Experience in managing teams and driving process improvements.
