Scaffolding Construction Section Head

About the role

The Scaffolding Construction Section Head leads all scaffolding and temporary access works on a large construction project, ensuring safe, efficient execution in line with engineering designs, project specifications, Saudi regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, mobilise and manage scaffolding activities from erection through modification, inspection, hand‑over and dismantling.
• Develop and implement execution plans, allocate manpower, materials and equipment, and monitor daily progress against schedule.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, planning and procurement teams to review drawings, calculations and method statements.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with approved designs, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, inspectors, foremen and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in scaffolding construction management on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and international scaffolding standards.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple work fronts.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety and quality.
